Bisquick Sour Cream Muffins Food Recipe

1 stick butter -- melted

1 cup sour cream

2 cups Bisquick® baking mix

Add butter and sour cream to Bisquick. Stir to combine. Do not over mix. Pour into greased or papered muffin cups. Bake 425 F, 10-15 minutes or until golden.
